The hotel has a lovely exterior and beautiful surroundings, but our experience was marred by several disappointments. Our first room was cramped and not what we expected for the price we paid, and the service was lacking, especially at check-in. We were also not impressed with the noise from other guests, which disrupted our stay. The breakfast was decent, but our overall impression was tainted by unresolved issues during our stay.
