the reception staff greeted me warmly and efficiently. my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. the catering team, led by roger, stood out for their delicious food and warm service. they surprised my friend with a birthday cake.
the hotel looked dated inside, needing modernisation to match its beautiful exterior. the carpets seemed old, and the bathroom showed signs of wear, including mould around the bath. i found it disappointing that the room didn't reflect the external charm of the hotel, requiring some tlc.

the bar and lounge area was quite nice.
breakfast was a real letdown. the coffee tasted awful, strong. toast barely had any color. it was like i paid too much for what i got.

the hotel's location worked out nicely for visiting the town center it was a short walk. the staff i encountered were helpful and quick to address my needs i was happy with their service. the room i was assigned was well-kept and had all the expected facilities. i also used the pool it was a good size and clean.
the bathroom sink looked to have some minor scratches though this did not affect its functionality.

the hotel's position allows easy walking access to shops restaurants and various attractions the town center is only a short distance away. guests can easily explore the local area without needing transport. this location offered convenient access for sightseeing.

the staff were quick and polite in their responses to requests the reception addressed an issue with my initial room promptly. assistance was provided efficiently during check-in and check-out. staff demonstrated knowledge of the local area.
